Family portrait sessions are hands down my FAVORITE! Every session leaves me with a happy heart, and a friendly vibe. My goal for each session is that the families I photograph leave feeling that same Happiness!! I want my families to have fun during their session, to be confident that their time was well spent, and of course- to have images to treasure for a lifetime.
So, what is it that happens in one of my sessions, you ask (you wise one, you)? Well, essentially, I jump around-getting tons of much needed exercise - quite often acting rather silly, and sometimes prompting you guys to also act rather silly. Sure, there are poses that we just Must do, and standard photos that we always will get. But the photos that I’m the most proud of, are those in which I catch a certain look - a certain feeling…one that is special, and unique to Your Family.
Where exactly are these sessions? Oh, you know…wherever the wind takes us. I have some definite favorite locations around the Eastern Shore, but I LOVE when clients have a special spot that means something to their family. Our area is abound with a natural beauty, and we can do everything from a woodsy walkabout, to some fun in the sun on the bay, to a walking tour of one of our beautiful downtown areas. We can find a grassy field and play in it for a while. Whatever the vision you have for your family portraits, I’m IN. In the end, what I want for my clients and myself is to have fun getting these pictures. To make a little memory that is MORE than just showing up, and posing. I want WHO you are as people to SHINE.
